Day 1

I woke up, got dressed, went to work, had 2 hour meeting, lunch with a friend, came home around 6, ate a pastry, went back out and walked 2 miles, came home, ate taco salad for dinner, played Connect Four with kids (and their Calico Critters) and won about 4 of 6 games. Read a Tom and Jerry book before lights out, then started this blog. Invigorating!
